... the lessons of a college student.

I list because I have nothing else to do... I think...

In relation to school:
- Never take more that 15 hours a semester. It will turn you into a zombie. However, when its all over, you won't believe that the semester went by so fast. It'll just take you a few weeks to recover (hopefully).

- The first final you take will be the last grade to post.

- Professors WILL lose your grades. So make sure you hold onto ANYTHING they hand back to you.

- In the end, it will all work out. (I'm officially cleared for another year of FREE schooling at the University of Georgia thanks to the HOPE scholarship!)

- When intoxicated, don't let yourself do anything to your Fall Schedule. You'll change your classes without remembering what they are. Atleast I DO need all those classes...

In relation to work:
- When working at a slow office like mine, be sure to bring things to do. Your mind will go to mush without stimulation.

- The stare you give your parents to get their attention, also works for your boss.

- If you partake in any illegal activities (or just embarassing ones) make sure your car is clean of them when giving your boss a ride home.

General Life:
- Unless a police officer makes direct contact with you, don't stop. Stopping makes you look guilty. Did you do anything wrong? Then why did you stop? (This does not include a police man flying down the highway with his lights on. In this case, you DO need to stop and get the hell out of his way.)

- It is impossible to drive around back roads of Georgia anymore without encountering law enforcement or construction sites. You've been warned.

- The relationship you have with your parents is very important to who you will become later in life. Make sure you know what kind of people they REALLY are. Make sure you REALLY understand them. Even if they make decisions you disagree with, try to understand those decisions, but also make sure your reasoning against it is valid as well.

- And always remember: "The only thing I'm guaranteed is now." ~Sean Kagalis
